Treatment
We believe that you are already well. What we do is help you find your way back to yourself and your best life. Whatever the cause of your addiction, you cannot change the past, but you can choose to act now and look to the future by taking the reins of your life back!
Outpatient programme
The outpatient programme is designed for those clients who do not require the intensity of clinical care or are unable to meet its demands. This means that you are not admitted to a treatment facility and are not required to sleep there.
Our outpatient programme is delivered by a multidisciplinary team of psychologists, a psychiatrist, an addiction doctor, social workers, psychosocial therapists, nurses and peer support. The entire team has lived experience of addiction and are trained in recovery coaching and systemic wellness.
Above all, they are compassionate human beings who do not believe in a “one-size-fits-all” approach. Our Recovery Wellness programme is based on group and individual sessions, family support and case management which help each client achieve their personal treatment goals.

Family programme
The Family programme is a fundamental component of every treatment plan at MauniGGZ. Understanding the profound impact addiction has on loved ones, we offer this programme both in conjunction with the patient’s treatment and as a stand-alone option for family members impacted by their loved one’s addiction. This ensures comprehensive support and healing for both the individual and their family, recognising the interconnectedness of their recovery journeys.
Whether part of the patient’s programme or as a separate pathway, the Family programme is designed to address the specific needs and dynamics of each family, fostering understanding, healing and a supportive environment for everyone involved.

The team went above and beyond. Thank you for all that you did and all chances I got with you. Much love from Breda.
I got my daughter back, there are still ups and downs but connection through family groups made me understand her better and most importantly I started to understand my role in this problem too. I feel more confident and enjoying to grow together with her. I a very grateful to the community at Mauni, it makes me feel safe and understood.
